Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering, preferably in parks, resorts, hotels, or zoological environments.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical or maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental regulations, and building standards applicable in Indonesia.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and CMMS.

2.Restaurant Supervisor (Resto SPV)

Goals

Provide customer service training programs to restaurant staff to ensure consistent service standards.
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure all activities run smoothly in accordance with established standards.
Build strong customer intimacy by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.
Act as a role model by providing guidance, direction, and motivation to restaurant staff.
Work closely with the Chef to ensure the successful implementation of monthly programs, including General Cleaning and Inventory control.
Develop, implement, and maintain restaurant systems, procedures, and operational policies.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Strong passion for service excellence and service development.
