- You can only reschedule your reservation for max. 2 times.
- Reschedule or cancellation requests can be made max. 1 day before selected visit date.
- Your reschedule will apply to all pax in 1 Booking ID.
- Your reservation can be rescheduled to any available date that falls between the voucher issuance date until after 30 days from your initial planned visit date.
- Rescheduled bookings are not refundable.
- Request a refund at the latest 1 day(s) before your selected visit date to get up to 100% refund.
- Your booking will not be refundable if you request a refund less than 1 days before the selected visit date.
- The final refund amount will not include service fees, discount coupons, and/or bank transfer unique code charge.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
